Gragnano pasta comes from a small town on the Amalfi Coast in Italy. It is made the old fashioned way using Italian wheat, low temperatures and bronze plates. These processes slightly pits the pasta, thus making it chewier, nuttier and more roughly textured to hold the sauce better.

Solagri was founded in 19994 by Mariano Vinaccia whose aim was to save the oval lemons of Sorrento, Italy from extinction, promote their unique qualities and begin producing them again. The lemons and oranges produce marmalade with extraordinary flavor and aromas and at least 85 grams of fruit to obtain 100 grams of marmalade. Thier oils are collected by hand and cold pressed. The bitterness and spices are perfectly blended to give a balanced taste with added aromas of rosemary and tomato. Lemons and oranges are added to some of their oils to give each liter the aroma of 700 grams of fruit.
